DropCart Africa is Nigeria's leading online marketplace connecting buyers with verified sellers across the country. We offer a wide range of products from electronics to fashion, home goods, and more.

How do I create an account?

Click the "Sign In" button in the top navigation, then select "Create Account". Fill in your details including name, email, phone number, and password. Verify your email to complete registration.

Is DropCart Africa available nationwide?

Yes! We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Delivery times vary by location.

How do I contact customer support?

How do I place an order?

Browse products, click "Add to Cart", review your cart, proceed to checkout, enter delivery details, choose payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, please contact customer support for assistance. Orders cannot be modified once confirmed.

How do I track my order?

Visit the Track Your Order page, enter your Order ID and email address. You'll see real-time updates on your delivery status. You'll also receive tracking updates via email and SMS.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact our support team immediately. We'll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, mobile money, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All online payments are processed securely.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes! COD is available for most orders. You pay when your order is delivered. A small COD fee may apply depending on your location.

Are my payment details secure?

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. We never store your complete card details on our servers.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, an invoice is automatically sent to your email after order confirmation. You can also download it from your order history.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location: Osogbo (1-2 days), Osun State (2-4 days), Major cities (3-5 days), Other states (5-7 days). You'll receive estimated delivery dates at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over ₦10,000 within Nigeria. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this amount.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address within 1 hour of placing your order. After this, contact customer support immediately for assistance.

What if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at a nearby pickup location or returned to the warehouse.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

How do I return an item?

Log in to your account, go to Order History, click "Return Item", select the reason, and schedule a free pickup. We'll collect the item from your address.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

What items cannot be returned?

Personal care items, underwear, food items, custom products, digital products, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How do I become a seller?

Visit our Become a Vendor page, complete the registration form with your business details, upload required documents, and submit. Approval takes 2-3 business days.

What are the seller fees?

We charge a 10% commission on each sale. There are no listing fees, monthly charges, or setup costs. You only pay when you make a sale.

When do sellers get paid?

Sellers receive payouts every Friday via direct bank transfer. Minimum payout is ₦10,000. Processing takes 1-2 business days.

Can I sell internationally?

Currently, DropCart Africa only supports sales within Nigeria. International shipping may be available in the future.

What is the reseller program?

Our reseller program allows you to earn 10-15% commission by promoting products from our sellers. No inventory needed - just share product links and earn when people buy through your links.
