Return Eligibility

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included
  • Item must not be damaged or altered
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care items (cosmetics, perfumes, skincare)
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Food and perishable items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products and gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return Request

Log in to your account, go to Order History, and click "Return Item" on the order you want to return.

Select Return Reason

Choose the reason for your return and provide any additional details. Upload photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Schedule Pickup

We'll arrange a free pickup from your address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Quality Check & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer within 7-10 business days (bank details required)

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or model:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want
  3. Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We'll arrange immediate pickup and full refund or replacement
  • No questions asked - your satisfaction is our priority

Quality Guarantee: All items are inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective product, we'll make it right immediately.
