How do I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting the Track Your Order page and entering your order ID and email address. You will receive tracking updates via email and SMS.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Go to your order history and click "Cancel Order". After this time, please contact our support team for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepaid payments via credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Within Osogbo: 1-2 days. Within Osun State: 2-4 days. Other states in Nigeria: 3-7 days. You will receive estimated delivery dates at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over ₦10,000 within Nigeria. Standard shipping rates apply to orders below this amount.

All sellers on DropCart Africa are verified. We have strict quality control measures and only approve authentic products. Look for the "Verified Seller" badge.
How do I become a seller on DropCart Africa?
Visit our Become a Vendor page and complete the registration form. Our team will review your application within 2-3 business days. Once approved, you can start listing products.
What are the seller fees?
