If a customer requests a refund and it's approved, the commission will be deducted from your next payout. You'll receive the product back for resale.
In case of payment disputes or chargebacks, the transaction amount (including commission) will be deducted from your account balance.
Sellers are responsible for their own tax obligations. DropCart Africa does not withhold taxes from payouts. Please consult with a tax professional for guidance.
